The auto-renewal program is a way to simplify the process of renewing your Ottawa Black Bears Season Seat Membership. Season Seat Members have a 30-day opt-out window should they wish not to renew their season seats. Following the 30-day opt-out window, Season Seat Memberships are automatically renewed. Your Account Representative and organization will communicate over the 30–day window.

Yes. Accepting the Auto–Renewal program is part of the terms and conditions when you purchase your season seats. You will be able to opt-out of the auto-renewal program within the 30-day opt out window which is communicated by the Black Bears each year.
Exactly that! If you are happy with your seats and payment method, sit back and relax while we do the rest. You do not need to do anything during the 30-day opt-out period to continue to enjoy the best Lacrosse in Ottawa!

You will be notified via email through the email address on your account when the 30-day opt-out window begins. You will receive a minimum of four emails during the 30 day opt-out period.
Season Seat Members who wish to opt– out must fill out an online form during the 30-day opt-out window. This form is found in your Account Manager which will be linked in all email communications.
Yes, you can always secure season seats later if you choose to opt– out during the 30-day window. However, you may lose some of the benefits associated with your account including seat location, early bird pricing or special offers.
Once the 30‑day opt‑out window closes, your membership cannot be cancelled until the next opt‑out period the following year. We’ll send four reminder emails to the address on your account, so you don’t miss it. All tickets and season packages are non-refundable.
Your current payment plan will remain the same whether it is a monthly plan or pay in full. If you wish to make changes, please contact your Account Manager or phone 613-599-0331.
